This was a fundraising event in aid of West London Action for Children wlac.org.uk and the Kite Art Sponsorship Fund which awards scholarship funding to talented local children.

Veronica Phillips of Vibrant Voices has generously offered to run a taster evening on Monday 23rd January from 8-10pm.
Veronica runs relaxed and friendly workshops for shy and terrified singers. She will be running a short course later in the term at Kite Studios (dates to be confirmed).
Tickets for the January pop-up taster event are £15.
We are using this pop-up event to help raise £300 to sponsor a child to join a course at Kite Studios for a year. The child is gifted and talented but her family’s current circumstances mean that without this help, she would not otherwise be able to attend. This is the first time we are formally sponsoring a child through the recently established Kite Art CIC which is a new Community Interest Company. Any surplus funds after costs will be donated to West London Action for Children
There will also be a pop-up bar and raffle in aid of West London Action for Children.

On 17th October we held our second charity Crafty Night Out pop-up event at Kite Studios.
Oliver and Bill Herford led a Create in Clay taster evening.
We warmed up by kneading and rolling and then did some throwing and modelling.
Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a fun event !
