Parties and events
We organise parties for children, adults and businesses. We are also regular fundraisers for charities like Unique, and we’ve organised art auctions, dinners and wine tastings in aid of other charities.
Parties for children
Book your child’s birthday party with us at Kite Studios. We tailor the occasion according to your child’s interests. Examples of previous themes include ‘Treasure islands’, ‘Wild beasts’ and ‘Contemporary felt jewellery’. T-shirt and bag designing in paint or print are also very popular.
We accommodate all age groups and provide a fully equipped studio for the art session. Most families bring their own drinks and cake, which they can devour in a separate reception room – leaving all the mess behind after the party! We are happy to arrange catering if you’d rather just turn up.
During term time parties take place either on Saturday or Sunday afternoons for 2 hours usually from 2.00-4.00pm.
Minimum number of 8 children, maximum 25. Cost is £20 per head including all materials.
Parties for adults
We organise fun evening or daytime art workshops for hen parties, stag parties, office Christmas parties, family reunions and friendly get-togethers. You choose from a menu of activities (e.g. pottery, masks for balls, silk screen on a bag or T-shirt).
Minimum number of adults is 8, maximum 25. Cost is £20 per head including all materials.
You can self-cater or we can arrange food and drink to your specification and recommend chefs. We have a lovely dining area separate to the art studio.
